Role Description The Group Head of Design & Trend — AI-Driven Fine Jewelry will lead the end-to-end creative direction of Grown Brilliance’s collections, using AI-driven insights to shape design and trend strategy. This full-time, on-site role based in Secaucus, NJ involves overseeing design teams, guiding concept development, and ensuring a cohesive visual language across fine jewelry, retail environments, and brand touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating consumer and market data into forward-looking design briefs, managing the full product design lifecycle from ideation to final samples, and collaborating with merchandising, marketing, and retail teams to align design with business goals. The role also includes mentoring designers, evaluating vendor and material options, and safeguarding the brand’s aesthetic standards and innovation pipeline. This position is central to defining Grown Brilliance’s future collections and shaping how the brand expresses luxury through lab-grown diamonds.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in design leadership, including Design Management and Product Design for fine jewelry or related luxury goods.

• Advanced skills in Visual Design and Branding, with a track record of building cohesive, premium brand identities across multiple channels.

• Experience collaborating on spatial and environmental concepts, ideally with exposure to Interior Design for retail or experiential spaces.

• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools, data, and trend analysis into the design process to inform concepts and collections.

• Background in leading cross-functional creative teams, with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency with design and visualization software (e.g., CAD for jewelry, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D tools) and familiarity with production processes.

• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Design, Industrial Design, Fashion, Jewelry Design, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

• Experience in fine jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail, with an understanding of lab-grown diamonds and sustainable design principles preferred.
