Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that support business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce platform development. The candidate will collaborate with business analysts, architects, administrators, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and custom solutions.

• Develop custom functionality using Apex classes, triggers, Batch Apex, and asynchronous Apex.

• Build responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and flows.

• Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.

• Implement Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products.

• Develop and maintain data migration, synchronization, and integration processes.

• Optimize Salesforce performance, scalability, and governor-limit usage.

• Implement security controls, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.

• Manage deployments using Salesforce CLI, Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and production issue resolution.

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Mentor junior developers and follow Salesforce development best practices.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with the Salesforce platform and CRM development.

• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components and Aura Components.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Process Automation, and approval processes.

• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API-based development.

• Familiarity with Salesforce security, data modeling, and governor limits.

• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools, Git, and CI/CD practices.

• Knowledge of data migration tools such as Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.

• Experience with debugging, testing, and performance optimization.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Typically 10–15+ years of Salesforce development experience.

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required or strongly preferred.

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.

• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.

• Experience with Salesforce DX, automated deployments, and source control.

• Understanding of enterprise architecture and system integration patterns.

• Experience working with distributed teams and multiple business stakeholders.
